Marc probably doesn't quite realize how different wearing a wig must be from actually having attached hair of your own, though.

In case it's not clear what happens between panels 2 and 3, Vee comes up behind Marc, and Marc turns around. So panel 3 is slightly to the left of panels 1 and 2. Also, Vee isn't fully on-panel in panel 3 for aesthetic reasons (which might have backfired). That's why you can't see her earring; it's a few pixels off-panel.

I wonder how long it took them to find an Oddevice that did exactly what they wanted. That can't have been easy.
