Speak to a Psychotherapist online

Welcome! My name is Peter Strong, and I'm an internet therapist with a lot of experience. Finding a therapist who offers Skype therapy sessions is the greatest approach to speak with a therapist over the internet. Skype allows you to talk to a therapist in real time and is essentially the same as meeting face-to-face in the therapist's office, but it's much more convenient for you because you don't have to leave your home or office, and it's much easier to talk to a therapist via Skype and continue your sessions wherever you are if you're traveling.

As a result, chatting to a therapist over Skype is one of the most effective ways to get continuing therapy for complex emotional disorders including chronic anxiety and despair, as well as addictions.

Many of my clients live abroad or in rural areas of the United States, and finding a local therapist to help them with anxiety, depression, addictions, or other emotional issues is difficult.

So, please visit my website if you're interested in learning more about chatting to a therapist online over Skype.

People seek this type of therapy as an alternative to traditional talk therapy, which may help with symptom relief but does little to address the root cause of anxiety, despair, or addiction. The Mindfulness Therapy system that I developed many years ago and discuss in my book, "The Path of Mindfulness Meditation," is very much focused on helping you transform your underlying relationship to the process that causes anxiety or despair.

Learning how to break the tendency of becoming identified and overpowered by habitual reactive thoughts and reactive emotions is at the heart of Mindfulness Therapy. We have a tendency to become lost in our thoughts and emotional routines, which only serves to exacerbate the emotional issue, whether it is anxiety, despair, or addiction.

So that's what I concentrate on in my Skype-based online therapy sessions. Please contact me via email if you'd like to learn more about how Mindfulness Counseling and the online therapy approach can help you better regulate your emotions. I eagerly await your response.

Speak with a Therapist Online for Help with Anxiety & Depression

Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to talk to an online therapist via Skype. My name is Peter Strong and I specialize in mindfulness therapy, which I offer online via Skype for the treatment of anxiety disorders, for help with depression, and also for help in the recovery from addiction.

Online Therapy is a very convenient way of getting the help that you need and online Mindfulness Therapy is particularly effective at teaching you how to work with the mind, with thoughts, with emotions, with memories, with beliefs, with intrusive thoughts and OCD, and other problems that arise essentially from patterns of habitual reactive thinking.

Anxiety and Depression are primarily habits caused by conditioned habitual reactive thinking, and these can be overcome through training and that's what I teach during online therapy sessions.

Being able to talk to a therapist online is very convenient of course, but it's also very effective, especially for those suffering from anxiety. Most people find it really quite difficult to motivate themselves to see a therapist in an office. It's rather intimidating. So being able to talk to a therapist online is less intimidating and also more comfortable for you because you can conduct your therapy sessions from your home or from your office, at a time that works for you.

So if you'd like to learn more about online therapy and you like to talk to an online therapist, I encourage you to go to my website and read more about the Mindfulness Therapy Service that I offer.

Most people that I work with really enjoy the online mindfulness therapy approach and I can guarantee that you will see quite dramatic changes once you start applying mindfulness for working with your anxiety or depression.

Mindfulness is definitely one of the best ways of working with difficult thoughts, with habitual reactive thoughts. It teaches you how to neutralize those thoughts and how to free yourself from the emotional suffering caused by reactive habitual thinking.

Please visit my website to learn more about my approach and contact me by email. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding online counseling. Also, please consider having an online therapy appointment with me so that you can save time and assess the effectiveness of this technique for yourself. When you start using the mindfulness techniques that I will teach you, I expect most people who work with me to notice definite effects within three to four sessions. So please visit my website and get in touch with me. Thank you very much.

Talk to a Therapist Online Now - Skype Therapy

Welcome! My name is Peter Strong and I am a professional psychotherapist and I specialize in Mindfulness Therapy, which works extremely well online through Skype.

Skype Therapy is an excellent way of learning the strategies that you need to work with difficult emotions such as anxiety and depression or even addictions.

Because you can talk to each other and see each other, the quality of Skype therapy is really no different than being in an office with a psychotherapist. I offer both in-person psychotherapy and also online Skype therapy and quite frankly I prefer Skype therapy.

Clients seem to do better with this format because they tend to feel more empowered, more in control of the process; they are less intimidated and feel more at ease. It is particularly useful if you are seeking more anonymity, more privacy in your work with a therapist.

Being able to talk to a therapist online from your own home is also, of course, very much more comfortable for you and this will improve the quality of psychotherapy.

For anxiety and depression, the Mindfulness Therapy that I provide is incredibly successful. It's a technique of assisting you in breaking away from the anxiety and depression-feeding habits of habitual response. That is the most common problem that most individuals face, and breaking free from those ingrained patterns is what makes all the difference, and there is no better way to accomplish so than through Mindfulness Therapy.

CBT is also a good choice; you should look at that as well. CBT is excellent for working with reactive thoughts, but Mindfulness Therapy is best if you want to work with the emotions themselves.

If you would like to learn more about Skype Therapy, simply go to my website and read the pages on the website and watch the other videos that are posted on my YouTube Channel and CONTACT ME when you would like to schedule a Skype Therapy session.

So, I look forward to hearing from you and I look forward to working with you and helping you overcome those patterns of habitual reactivity that may cause your anxiety or depression. Thank you!

CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT ONLINE THERAPY VIA SKYPE

Talk with an online therapist for help with anxiety and depression

Welcome. If you'd like to know where to go to speak to a psychotherapist online I invite you to go to my website and learn more about the online therapy service that I offer via Skype.

If you're looking for an online therapist, it's critical that you use video-based communication, such as Skype, Face Time, or another platform, so that you can see each other. If you can see each other, the quality of your conversation will improve, and it will be no different than talking to a therapist in person, especially if you want to acquire practical ways for dealing with your anxiety or depression on your own.

So from my point of view as a psychotherapist my primary interest is in what you might describe as self-help or to give you tools that help you manage your life better and particularly that help you manage your emotions and thoughts better.

I do not advocate treatment-based approaches for anxiety and depression because they do not address the underlying psychological cause of your emotional suffering.

So we work directly on changing that underlying psychological habit that is generating your anxiety or depression or emotional trauma in the case of PTSD, or addiction.

One of the main components of emotions that we work on are the surrounding clusters of habitual reactive thoughts that tend to feed the anxiety or depression or addiction or any other emotional suffering.

So whilst thoughts do not cause anxiety or depression they do feeds any anxiety or depression that's already established. So we have to work with these thoughts very consciously, we have to bring them into consciousness because that is the first ingredient for overcoming any habit.

As a result, becoming more aware of your reactive thinking patterns is a key component of Mindfulness Therapy, which I specialize in and have developed over the years to cure anxiety and depression without the use of pharmaceuticals or years of counseling or talk therapy. You will quickly conquer your anxiety or depression if you take a very practical, systematic, and concentrated approach to working on those patterns of habitual reactive thinking.

There are many different aspects of Mindfulness Therapy which make this very effective for working with anxiety and depression and you can learn more on my website. Please go there and read the pages on my website and watch more videos. When you feel ready please contact me and we can schedule a trial psychotherapy session via Skype so you can see for yourself just how effective this very practical and focused mindfulness-based approach is.

If you would like any questions answered, please feel free to email me and, when you feel ready, we can schedule a session. You'll see within the first one or two sessions just how effective this approach is. As always in my approach it I expect you to see improvements quickly once you start applying the techniques that I teach.

This is completely different than the more conventional talk therapy that you may be familiar with. We don't spend so much time talking about our emotions. We spend that time focusing on the structure of the emotions, those patterns of habitual reactive thinking and how we can change them.

CBT is closely related to Mindfulness Therapy in many ways but in Mindfulness Therapy we're not so much interested in whether thoughts are rational or irrational because it's quite clear from the clients I have worked with you already know the difference.

Whether a thought is irrational is really quite irrelevant. It's the emotional charge that makes that irrational thought so powerful in the mind and so dysfunctional that we need to address. So in Mindfulness Therapy We focus much more on changing and healing the emotions themselves.

When the anxiety linked with an anxiety-producing thought is healed, the thought will simply fade away because it will no longer have anything to hold it in the mind.

So, if you're interested in getting started, please contact me and we'll set up a time that's convenient for you. I see folks from all over the world. We can get started right away if you have a good internet connection and Skype. So I'm looking forward to using Mindfulness Therapy practices and teachings to assist you improve the quality of your life and emotional well-being. Thank you very much.
