"A COOKBOOK recipe called for ingredients I didn't have on hand, so I improvised and came up with this. I call it 'razzmatazz' tomato soup. I often take it to soup suppers at church, and I've given the recipe to many friends. -Jean Sullivan, Denver, Colorado"
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato
soup, undiluted
2 cups milk
DIRECTIONS:
You have scaled this recipe's ingredients to yield a new amount (4). The directions below still refer to the original recipe yield (2).

In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add basil, paprika and garlic powder. Stir in soup and milk until well blended. Cook over medium heat for 6 minutes or until heated through.
