1 lb. sausage
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown sausage and drain.
Place crescent rolls on cookie sheet to form crust. Press edges together and sides up. Spread sausage and cheese.
Whip eggs and milk with salt and pepper. Pour on top of sausage and cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
