what you need
1 lb. hamburger
2 stalks celery
1 small green pepper
1 small onion
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) Hunts tomato sauce
1 can shelled beans (pinto)
1 can kidney beans
2 cubes bouillon
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp. each of garlic powder, parsley, basil, cumin, and chili powder
make it
Brown hamburger in skillet. Add celery, peppers, onion, and saute till vegetables are tender. Drain.
Put meat mixture into crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. If you like it spicier add more chili powder.
Cook for a few hours in crock-pot.
