Makes 4 servings
Keeper: 4 hours cook time. ~10minutes prep.
1 lb. ground beef sausage, browned and drained
Potato sliced, raw
Sliced Carrot
Peas
Onion chopped
Celery Chopped
Green bell pepper chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 10 ¾ - ounce can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup
¼ cup milk
2/3 cup grated cheese
Layer hamburger (or sausage), potatoes, carrots, peas, onion, celery, green pepper and salt and pepper in crock pot according to your taste. Mix and pour soup and milk over top. Cook on High for 4 hours.
Sprinkle grate cheese on top before serving until melted.
