Description: This is great to put on the timer to have first thing in the morning.

1 1/4 cups Water
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
2 cups Bread Flour OR Whole-Wheat Flour
3 Tbsp. Gluten (opt: This is to be used if Whole-Wheat Flour is used instead of Bread Flour.)
3 Tbsp. Nonfat Dry Milk
2 tsp. Yeast
Put all ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed.
Set the bread machine to the regular or rapid cycle when using bread flour, or the whole-wheat cycle when using whole-wheat flour. Either variation can be put on a timer.
