Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs Potatoes, cubed
12 - 18 Eggs, beaten
10 pieces Bacon, crumbled
1/4 - 1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix potatoes, bacon, eggs, and milk together.
Put mixture in baking dish and bake for 30min.
Sprinkle evenly with cheese, put back in oven, and let cheese melt before serving.
