Ingredients:
3 cups fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
6 tbsp butter
1 onion, cut in half
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a saucepan, except the cheese.
Simmer over low heat until the tomatoes have reduced and seperated from the butter (about 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of pan.)
Throw away onion, remove from heat and serve with your favorite pasta.
