"This is a fantastic recipe even for non-lentil eaters. The honey gives it a sweet taste and it is perfect served with rice. It's great as a main dish but could be a side as well."
INGREDIENTS:

1 small bay leaf
2 cups water
2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
