Ingredients:
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup Milk
1 Egg
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Melt a small amount of butter in a round skillet on medium (or a little higher)
Pour enough pancake batter into the skillet so when you swirl the skillet ina circle, the bottom is completely coated.
Cook on first side until the bater is mostly dry.
Flip the pancake and cook the second side lightly.
Add your favorite toppings and roll!
