This recipe is an adaptation of the Pizza Dough 3 recipe from AllRecipes.com.
INGREDIENTS:
2 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
2 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45
degrees C)
2 cups bread flour
1 7/8 cups oat bran
2 Tbsp. gluten
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons white sugar

In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine bread flour, oat bran, gluten, olive oil, salt, white sugar and the yeast mixture; stir well to combine. Beat well until a stiff dough has formed. Cover and rise until doubled in volume, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Pour dough into well greased bread pan, shake to flatten the top, and bake it in the preheated oven, about 30 minutes, or until not too doughy.
