Hi Everyone,
Thank you, Bob and Anne Marie for taking us out today. The elements threatened us, but only came down hard as we left in our cars from our last stop of the day. . Migrating sparrows welcomed us to the K. Lagoons, and as walked the trails, we hit a flock of migrating warblers that captured our attention, frustrating us with their games of hide and seek, but in the end, revealed themselves one by one. By the end of the day, we saw 54 species of birds. A well planned, enjoyable and organized day. Thank you.
The weather: 22 C., winds brisk at times with much cloud cover.
Thank you, Margaret for keeping track of the birds seen.
