Each year at this time, we call upon the warbler lady, Judith, to find warblers for us,. Wow, what a successful day. We saw 20 warbler species and had 83 species of birds on the day. Wilson’s,, Tennessee, Bay-breasted, and Blackpoll Warblers contributed to the excitement of the day. Thank you, Judith for your leadership in getting these birds for us. Year after year this has always proven to be a great hike for us thanks to you.

The temperature was hot at times, in the 27 C. range, and the winds were high, up to 50 K; in spite of this ,we found a lot of birds.

Thank you, Margaret for keeping the list for us.
