How to Reset A User's Password For The Smartly App
If a client uses Smartly and one of their team asks you to reset their password for their App login:
Log into the client's Smartly account in a new tab
Go to the Company Details tab
On the left had side there is a menu, choose Self Service at the bottom
Click on the Pencil icon of the person who needs their password reset
Hit the Reset Password button at the bottom
An email will be sent to the email address listed beside the employee's name and will provide a link for them to reset their password. This link does expire after 96 hours, so will need to be resent if not actioned within that timeframe.
