Lunch Breaks

You are entitled to an unpaid 30-minute break, and if you are full time an additional two paid 15-minute breaks are also included. This will be stipulated in your contract. The 15-minute breaks are up to your own discretion as to when you take these. There is always to be two people in the office due to the volume of calls that come through for clients and if you do require lunch at a different time this will need to be confirmed with the team.

Core employee NZ VA's and bookkeeping team breaks are as per the VA Breaks Spreadsheet. All other team members have breaks at their discretion.
