3 / Add Any Bonus Payments If Applicable
If the employee has earned a bonus that needs to be paid out in this pay run, select the + Add one off payment button
2. This will open the Edit leave for [insert employee name] window
In the Enter the payment name field, enter the month the bonus is for e.g. April Bonus
In the Enter the payment amount $ field, enter the gross payment amount from Lance e.g. $138.46
Tick Leave Earnings
Do not change any of the other fields
3. Select Ok when you are done viewing and/or editing the Add one off payment for [insert employee name]:
4. Once the bonus has been added, select Save and when the screen has refreshed you can select the next employee from the dropdown
5. Repeat Steps 1-4 until all bonuses have been added to each applicable employee's pay
