In the Raw Data tab of the current month's timesheet spreadsheet (eg 2021-01 January Timesheets), select all contents
Right-click and select Clear Contents from the drop-down options displayed
Open the Detailed Time Report spreadsheet you exported from Harvest and select Enable editing, if applicable
Select all of the contents. Right-click and select Copy from the drop-down options displayed
Return to the Raw Data tab of the current month's timesheet spreadsheet, and paste into cell A1
Save and close the exported Detailed Time Report spreadsheet
In the Client List tab of the current month's timesheet spreadsheet (eg 2021-01 January Timesheets), select all contents
Right-click and select Clear Contents from the drop-down options displayed
Open the Client List spreadsheet you exported from Harvest and select Enable editing, if applicable
Select columns B-H. Right-click and select Delete from the drop-down options displayed
Select row A1. Right-click and select Delete from the drop-down options displayed
Select column A. Select Sort & Filter and then Sort A to Z from the drop-down options displayed
Select all of the contents. Right-click and select Copy from the drop-down options displayed
Return to the Client List tab of the current month's timesheet spreadsheet, and paste into cell A1
Save and close the exported Client List spreadsheet
In the Project Data tab of the current month's timesheet spreadsheet (eg 2021-01 January Timesheets), select all contents
Right-click and select Clear Contents from the drop-down options displayed
Open the Project List spreadsheet you exported from Harvest and select Enable editing, if applicable
Select all of the contents. Right-click and select Copy from the drop-down options displayed
Return to the Project Data tab of the current month's timesheet spreadsheet, and paste into cell A1
Save and close the exported Project List spreadsheet
In the Task Data tab of the current month's timesheet spreadsheet (eg 2021-01 January Timesheets), select all contents
Right-click and select Clear Contents from the drop-down options displayed
Open the Task List spreadsheet you exported from Harvest and select Enable editing, if applicable
Select all of the contents. Right-click and select Copy from the drop-down options displayed
Return to the Task Data tab of the current month's timesheet spreadsheet, and paste into cell A1
Save and close the exported Task List spreadsheet
In the Raw Data tab, select column D (Project Code). Right-click and select Hide from the drop-down options
Resize column F (Notes) to a width of 40. Select the entire column and select Wrap Text from the Alignment menu options
Select all the contents. Select Top Align and Align Left from the Alignment menu options
Select column B and sort alphabetically by selecting Sort & Filter > Sort A to Z from the Editing menu options (top right on the ribbon)
Save
In the Raw Data tab, select all the contents
Select Sort & Filter > Filter from the Editing menu options (top right on the ribbon)
Save
Filter the Project column to show only projects starting with:
Fixed Fee
Fixed Price
Monthly Fixed Fee
Prepaid
Project
In the client names of the resulting list, type "1" at the beginning of the client name
Clear the filter on the Project column
Save
Filter the Task column to show only Downscaled time (office use only)
In the client names of the resulting list, type "1" at the beginning of the client name
Clear the filter on the Task column
Save
