Client handbooks are created from a copy of a Google site template site named 'Handbook Template' saved in sophie@strictlysavvy.co.nz Google account in the new Google Sites area.
Once created, these Google handbook sites are then shared with an applicable admin account of the client's that we use to action their work (e.g. admin@client.co.nz) OR to a free Strictly Savvy google account that is created by us (e.g. clientstrictlysavvy@gmail.com).
The handbook is then bookmarked to the chrome bar for easy reference.
The details to log into the applicable client chrome bars and view these handbooks are save in LastPass in the SS - Client Chrome/Google folder which everyone has view access to.
If you are their VA we expect you to have all the details on your role within that company in the clients Google site handbook. This is so if you are away or someone urgently needs to pick up a task, they can check in there to see what needs to be done and how to do it.
We need to know what you do on a daily basis, how you do it, how the client prefers to be contacted and every other detail you can think of.
