OpenAi (ChatGPT)  - There are 4 invoices:

• Strictly Savvy Assist $23.00 USD - New account, under Teesha's associated with her email

• Client Meeting Minutes account $20.00 USD - login to the account using Jo's gmail account

•  Wildhouse - $20.00 USD - DM Anesha to get the invoice

Google Ads - Check the Account ID for reference of which is which or message Kathryn if unsure (Please see the video instructions from the bottom of this page)

Kyli'es invoice

Because we are creating a draft in Xero for Kylie's invoice at the start of the month, we can't have her invoice being put through Hubdoc, otherwise it doubles up. Instead download it and check it against the draft in Awaiting Approval, make sure the invoice number and amount matches, and then add the invoice as an attachment.

Please process as per the above and then delete it from Hubdoc.

Global Team Invoices

Global Team invoices will be sent to Shiela's strictly savvy email address. Once received, send to Hubdoc and publish.

PDF Payment Confirmation - DM Lance to ask for this and send to each Global Team Members together with the screenshot of salary breakdown.
