Please see process below on how to get the data:

Log in to Strictly Savvy Xero account
Go to Accounting tab
Click Profit and Loss
Change the Date range, if you are doing this on July 2024 then the date should be the previous month which is June. Date range is: 1-30 June 2024.
Click Update
Go the the buttom of the page that says, 'Net Profit'
Copy the date and paste it in the google sheet under "Shiela's worksheet"

Log in to Strictly Savvy Xero account
Go to Accounting tab
Click Profit and Loss

Click Update
Go to Trading Income data. You need to add all of them in the google sheet report including the Total
