How do leads come to us?
Leads usually book a discovery call on a calendar booking link from the website, which links to JuicyCRM
If they come through assist or the phone line, the Administrator will post in the Teamwork Chat 'Leads' channel and ask the Global Team Member to add to JuicyCRM for you.
They email assist@strictlysavvy.co.nz, and we send them the links to book with Anesha or Brenna
What to include in a discovery call:
Refer to the training with Hayden Burgess and use that structure.
Here are the notes on how it works at Strictly Savvy
Record your meeting using Fathom.
Ask them to tell us a little about their business and what brought them to seek support
How did they hear about us? (If we don't already know. This is for reporting purposes.)
How many hours a week do they think they need support to estimate SP
Book another proposal meeting to allow you to build a proposal and walk them through it together.
During the proposal Zoom, advise a plan you think would suit them best as the Annual Investment on the first page of the proposal, with the monthly commitment outlined in brackets.
Run through how we operate (VA Backups, handbook, Lastpass, team support)
Run through process, e.g. proposal signed, handover + meet the VA, gain access, write up handbook and begin work.
Get a pencilled-in Handover time (this is helping move over the line)
The Client signs the proposal:
Move the deal to "Proposal Signed" in JuicyCRM and email the client's submitted form with their business details (this comes through to your hello@ inbox when someone signs a proposal)
Ask Rochelle to set the client up. Check onboarding and plan details are correct in the Teamwork Chat Channel "Client Changes"
The Client is not interested:
Confirm the reason (e.g. pricing too high)
Move the deal to the "Lost" column in JuicyCRM 'Opportunities' tab
Never show clients this version. We always like to discuss the annual rate so they can compare to a salary, rather than the hourly rates.
This version of the pricing guide is available for clients to download on our website.
