You are mentioned to add a task list template in Teamwork for a client.
Search the client in Teamwork
Click Add task list in the upper right
Search the task list template in the question, "Would you like to use a template?' that you will be adding, for example, 'New Client Template - Service Plan Starting As Flexi Plan'
Click the template
Click Add Task List
Fill out the necessary details. Details can be found in Airtable
Then Save
Edit the description base on what is the information in Client Changes like Date, Service Plan, Rate, etc
