When: This process is done each week on the Monday, and to be completed by 5pm, to allow for a 2 day turnaround on processing from Kiwibank.
NOTE: if there is a public holiday on Monday or Tuesday, then payroll must be done by 5pm the Friday before, or if both Monday and Tuesday are public holidays then it must be completed by 5pm the Thursday before

8 / Export Pay Details From Smartly, Edit Draft In Xero & Approve

IMPORTANT: When doing the payroll, it is recommended that you do this in a room with the door closed as your screen will display confidential information like employee's salaries. Also, ensure that you have closed or minimized any windows with confidential and/or sensitive information when you leave your desk.
