How To Order Business Cards

Requests for Strictly Savvy Business cards need to be approved by the Managing Director before ordering.

1. Once approved, the following details need to be sent to the Graphic Design team to create the file for the printers:

• First and last name

• Title

• Mobile number

• Email address

2. The Graphic Design team will send the completed file to their Team Leader

3. The Team Leader must ensure that the file is proofread by at least TWO other people before sending to the printers for a quote

4. Once proofread, the Team Leader needs to send a request for a quote, the file and the following details to John at Vertia Printing (john@vertia.co.nz):

• Quantity (usually 1000x for Jo or Teesha and 250x for anyone else)

• Double-sided

• Colour

• 300gsm

• Matte laminate both sides

5. The quote needs to be approved by the General Manager before the order is confirmed

6. Confirm the order

7. Await the delivery of your fancy new printed business cards!
