Global team members are unable to finalise coding / payments, etc. The VA must check and authorise all work and send all emails to clients.
Forwarding bills from the client's inbox to Hubdoc to Xero DRAFT folder then filing the paperwork appropriately
Managing Hubdoc (e.g., coding bills and checking for any "stuck" bills)
Supplier statement reconciliation (The VA must email this to the client once checked)
Daily / weekly Xero bank feed reconciliation bank rules or green bill matches (VA to set up as many bank rules as possible)
Creating draft AR invoices
Set up payment in Xero, BNZ, Paypal.
Generating Aged Payables Summary, Reconciliation, and Account Transaction Reports (VA to send to client)
Sending out and checking monthly statements once the VA has approved them
Create newsletter, graphics, branding concepts
Design, edit, and update brochures, flyers, logos, booklets, documents, certificates, and graphics
Update websites such as, but not limited to, adding events, contacts, contents, and interactive apps.
Create monthly analytic reports
Going through worksheets and checking the fonts and font size
Update pages on Teachable
