Update Leads Status

Task: Updating Leads status in JuicyCRM

When: This process is done when needed

Current status options: Cold Leads, New/Lead Enquiry, Discovery Call Had, Proposal Sent, Revisit, Waitlist, Proposal Accepted, Onboarding Call Had, Won, Lost, Past

Trigger for task: Anesha or Brenna (sometimes Jo or Teesha as well) will put a message in the Leads channel in Teamwork, tagging Shiela and requesting an update to the Leads status. Sample screenshot below:

1. Log in to JuicyCRM and go to Opportunities

2. Search the Deal/Lead that you need to update the status for

3. Update the status and save

The first example says move POP to Proposal Sent.  The Second example says move Shadow Administration to Won.
