If a client leaves Strictly Savvy they may wish to have a copy of the handbook that was created for them. They following process explains how to do this:
Open the handbook that you wish to change ownership of
In editor mode, at the top right, hit the share icon (person with a plus symbol) and enter the email address of the Google account you wish to be the new owner and make sure they have editor rights
Open the Chrome Bar that is logged into the Google account you just shared the site with
Go to sites.google.com and open the site you wish to be the owner of. If you can't find the site, you may need to check your Gmail to accept the invite first
Once in edit mode for that site, go to the top right and click the 3 dots next to the publish button > select Duplicate Site or Make a copy
You can rename the site and choose to share with the same editors as the current site if you wish
Then, go back to sites.google.com and remove yourself from the old/original version of the site
If you would like to delete the original version of the handbook completed, go back to the Chrome Bar the original handbook was created on and delete it from there
