If there is an accident at work/in the office this must be recorded in the Accident Register tab of the Accident, Hazard & First Aid Register base in Airtable.
All accidents and near misses MUST be recorded. This is a legal requirement for any business, and helps keep track of safety in the workplace.
Please let a leadership team member or the Office Manager know about any accidents or near misses.
