The Delegated Hours Spreadsheets
The Detailed Time Report you exported from Harvest (the same one used in the time analysis spreadsheet)
1. In the Delegated Hours Spreadsheets, select the tab/sheet for the month that you are working on
Note: If the month that you require is not visible, you will need to create a new tab by hovering over the sheets at the bottom and right-clicking. Select Move or Copy, then tick the Create a copy box and click on OK (see pic below). Rename the copy with the month and year you need.
2. When you are in the sheet for the month you want to edit, select all data (Ctrl + A)
3. Right-click and select Clear Contents (if you have just created a tab for a new month, then you can skip steps 2 & 3)
4. Select cell A1 in the Delegated Hours Spreadsheet, ready to insert the data from the Detailed Time Report
5. Go to the Detailed Time Report (you should have this open in a separate window)
6. Select all data (Ctrl + A) and copy (Ctrl + C)
7. Return to the Delegated Hours Spreadsheet and paste the data (Ctrl + V) into cell A1
The Delegated Hours Spreadsheet should look something like this after you have pasted the data from the Detailed Time Report:
