We have "New Client" processes that we follow to ensure all steps are covered when a new client comes on board.
The processes are saved as templated task lists in Teamwork, which are added to the client's project by the Account Manager once the client has signed their proposal. The template used will vary depending on the type of client, eg "New Service Plan Client" or "New Flexi Plan Client" or "New Service Plan Client Starting As Flexi Plan". We also have a template specific for one-off projects.
The tasks in this process are then assigned due dates based on when the client is going to start/when the handover is booked for, and are completed by the Account Manager, Office Administrator, Global Team and the Virtual Assistant who has been assigned to that client.
