How To Change The Default Programs
To change the default program that something opens up in (e.g. getting PDF's to open in Adobe not in Microsoft Edge) follow the below steps:
Click on Start and start typing 'Default'. Click on the first option
A screen will open where you can change your default apps for Email, Maps, Photos etc. If you are wanting to change something else, scroll down and click on 'Choose default apps by file type' (see pic below)
From here, find the file you would like to change and click on either the + or the current app. E.g. If you wanted to change what .pdf opens in, scroll down to .pdf and click on the +. Then select which program you would like to be your default
