What To Do If You Can't Get Into LastPass

LastPass is a safe and secure site, and as such does not save master passwords for any of their accounts in order to ensure complete security from hackers. What this means is that if you forget your master password, you can't simply reset it or ask LastPass to reset it for you.

If you have been logged out of your LastPass account and can't remember your master password, Teamwork chat a direct message to the Office Administrator or the General Manager and they will be able to give it to you.

All LastPass master passwords for Strictly Savvy's team members are saved in the Management folder in LastPass, and only Jo, the Office Administrator and the General Manager have access to them.
