What To Do If You Can't Download A File
If you can't download a file and get a 403 error message, try clearing your download history:
Click on the 3 dots at the top right-hand corner on your Chrome bar
Select History > History
Click on Clear browsing data
From the time range select All time, then select Clear data
If this doesn't resolve the issue then please direct message the Office Administrator or General Manager in Teamwork Chat and let them know what the problem is, and they will decide what to do from there.
