Who: This process is for the VA and Office Administrator to undertake
What: It shows you how to add secure information for clients into LastPass, such as credit cards, drivers licenses, bank accounts, etc
When: Undertake this process as required
Why: This process is completed so that we have this sort of information on hand in LastPass in order to complete tasks and to ensure the security of this sensitive information for our clients
Teamwork chat the Office Administrator a direct message letting her know that you have some client information that needs to be saved into LastPass.
The most commonly saved secure information for clients are things like credit cards and driver's licenses (the required information for which is as is listed below) but there are also options for things such as insurance, passports, wifi passwords, etc or you can create a new custom item type to suit. In these cases the Office Administrator will let you know what information is required, and decide which format to use.
Name of the client folder it is for
Full name on the card (this can be the name of the person, or of the business, or both, and must be accurate)
Type of card (Westpac, Mastercard, Visa, etc)
Card number
Security/CVC number
Expiration date (month/year)
Any notes such as "for business purchases only"
NOTE: Security/CVC number & Expiration date (month/year) get sent separately via WhatsApp to keep the information secure. Only this info is sent, not who or what it is for.

License class eg full, restricted, learner
Expiration date
Date of birth
There are additional lines for address, gender, height, but these are not necessary, and do not need to be filled in.
When the above information has been received from a VA, the Office Administrator will log in to their LastPass account and add it to the team's vault.
Hover over the red circle in the bottom right-hand corner with a "+" symbol in it
In the Add Item box select the item type you need - payment card, bank account, address. If the option you want isn't visible, click on More Items and scroll down to find the item type you need (see pic below)
Give the note a name
Select the client folder it is to go in
Enter the details given by the VA into the required fields - some examples of which are below
Select Save
Advise the VA via Teamwork chat that it has been added to LastPass
