We have an exiting client process which we follow to ensure all steps are covered when services are stopped for a client.
The steps in these processes are saved as template task lists in Teamwork, which are added to the client's project under a new task list, created by either the Account Manager or the Office Administrator.
There are 2 templates to use depending on the type of client they are - either the "Cancelling Flexi Plan Client Template" or the "Cancelling Service Plan Client Template". The Service Plan template has additional tasks in relation to cancelling recurring invoices and direct debits, which the Flexi Plan template doesn't.Â
The tasks in this process are then assigned due dates, and are completed by the Account Manager, the Office Administrator and the head VA assigned to that client.
