Downscaled Time Graph for VA & Creative Team

The data is recorded separately for VA NZ Team & Creative Team.

Please see process below:

1. Log in to Harvest.

2. Go to Reports tab.

3. Change the date to 'Month' 

4. Click the back arrow ← to go to the previous month.

5. Click Detailed report

6. Choose - Show: Non-billable hours

7. Choose - Group by: Project

8. Search Downscale

9. Enter the downscale hours for each client & separate VA NZ Team & Creative Team in the reports google sheet under 'Shiela' worksheet.

Please see sample below: The client is Garratt Printing - This is for Creative Team and Hours is 2.01.

The screenshot sample below shows that the first one is to be recorder for Creative Downscaled graph for Jessica Setu with 0.97 Hours. And the second one is for VA Downscaled graph for NZ Spring Works Limited with 1 hour (s).
