When a new employee starts they will be asked if they want a work mobile phone assigned to them, or if they want to use their own phone.
If they want a work phone assigned to them, the General Manager or Team Leader will contact 2degrees and ask for a new number to be added to our plan. We have blank SIM cards in the office so that we can set one up without having to wait for one to be shipped to us. 2degrees will advise us of the number they have assigned to the SIM, and once it is active the Office Administrator will go through the steps below to get it ready for the employee.

Download the following apps onto the phone and log into them using the employee's work accounts:
Harvest
LastPass (enable app fill)
Microsoft Outlook (only if the want it on their phone)
Teamwork chat (only if the want it on their phone)
Slack (if applicable)
Airtable (only if the want it on their phone)
Any other apps that the employee may need to access on their phone for client or business related work
