How to use the Podcast Airtable

The podcast tab in the marketing airtable is where we keep episode ideas and outlines, and track their progress from recording to published.

The first column contains suggested episode topics. 

The next column is filled out by Teesha after recording, specifying the episode number

The next column contains a link to the episode outline, which is just a rough outline of what Teesha and Jo will talk about. 

The next column allows us to link to a blog post if the episode has a blog post already written about it. 

The next column is to be ticked off when the episode has been recorded.

The next column is the date that the episode will be posted. 

The next column shows the status of the episode, either draft or posted. 

Finally, there is a column that can be used for any notes relating to the episode.
