If you are having issues with the LastPass Chrome Extension playing up - if you are having problems with it logging you out or not being able to log in, or things aren't loading properly - it is usually becasue of the browser extension, so start with the following process, and then if that doesn't help, you can escalate it to a support ticket.
Click on the LastPass web browser (chrome) extension (It's located on the upper right side on the browser toolbar)
On the LastPass web browser extension drop-down menu, click on the "Account" button
Then you need to go to "Fix a problem yourself"
On that section you need to click on the first option "Refresh your vault" then you need to click on "Clear local data"
Log out and then log back in using the extension
Open your vault directly from the LastPass extension clicking on the red "Vault" button
If the issue persists after this has been, lodge a support ticket with LastPass from your account to get help from them
Remove the LastPass browser extension
Clear the cache and cookies on the browser
Re-install the LastPass extension from the website https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
Log back in and test the performance of the extension
