Before a new employee starts there is paperwork that needs to be emailed to them and completed prior to their start date.

KiwiSaver Deduction ks2 Form
KiwiSaver Opt-Out ks10 Form
Ministry Justice Check Third Party - this is now done online, so the employee can either fill in this form and we submit it on their behalf, or they are sent an email from our system https://www.criminalrecords.govt.nz/Request/ChooseRequestFlow#
On the employee's first day, as part of their induction, they will be given paperwork to read and sign.
