Make sure your headset is plugged in
In Zylex Convo go to the Help tab and select Troubleshooting
First check the microphone by speaking and seeing if the green bar moves under 2. Speak into the microphone
Secondly check the speakers by clicking on the Play button, and adjusting the volume if needed
If one or both of these tests don't work, then unplug the headset and try steps 1-4 again.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, do a restart of your laptop and try steps 1-4 again.
If this still doesn't fix the problem, then send a direct message in Teamwork Chat to the Office Administrator or General Manager

Make sure your headphones are plugged into the headphone jack
Go to your Control Panel
Click on Hardware and Sound
Click on Sound
On the Playback tab click on the Speakers/Headphones you would like the music to come out of
Click on Set Default and then OK. Your headphones should now work
When your headphones are plugged in turn your volume all the way down and then back up and your music will play. You will have to do this every time. We are still looking for a better solution to this.
