Open Harvest
Select Reports from the black menu bar
Select Detailed time from the grey menu bar
In the Timeframe field, and select Last month [month]
Select the green Run Detailed Time Report button
Select Export & then select Excel from the drop-down options displayed. The exported file will be emailed to you
Go to your inbox and locate the export email
Open the email and select the green Download button. An excel file will be downloaded to your computer (in your downloads or working files folder)
Open Harvest
Select Projects from the black menu bar
Select Export
In the next window select Active, Excel and the green Export Projects button (see pic below). The exported file will be emailed to you

Open the email and select the green Download button. An excel file will be downloaded to your computer (in your downloads or working files folder)
Open Harvest
Select Manage from the black menu bar
Click on Import/Export and select Export Clients to Excel from the drop-down options. The exported file will be emailed to you

Open the email and select the green Download button. An excel file will be downloaded to your computer (in your downloads or working files folder)
Open Harvest
Select Manage from the black menu bar
Select Tasks from the grey menu bar
Select Export and select Export to Excel from the drop-down options. An excel file will be downloaded to your computer (in your downloads or working files folder)
Take the four downloaded exports from above and save them into the appropriate Detailed Timesheets folder.
Eg Finance > SharePoint > Detailed Timesheets > 2021 Detailed Timesheets > 2021-01 January Detailed Timesheets
