Strictly Savvy monitors multiple client phone lines on our softphone system.
Each client has their own phone line which they can divert their calls to through their service provider eg Spark, One NZ, etc
The client's name and/or the name of their business is on the pop-up when their line rings, so that the team know which line is calling and how to answer it appropriately.
These are the numbers created in Strictly Savvy's VOIP system for clients to divert their lines to.
The client must request the diversion to be set up through their service provider, as this not something that Strictly Savvy can action for them.
Some clients will have regular callers on their lines and you can save them as a contact on your softphone to make identifying those calls easier.
Once you have identified who the caller is, right-click on their phone number entry and select Add as Contact
Enter the details in the First name and Last name fields
3. In the Display name field delete the phone number only and then type the name of the person or business in its place
4. Click OK and the entry is saved into your softphone - as shown here
