If anyone finds a hazard at work this must be reported immediately to the Office Administrator, General Manager, Owner or your Team Leader.
A hazard can be anything from a spill to faulty wiring, something left in a passage way, to a door handle coming loose. Anything that could harm, or has the potential to cause harm to someone if left alone.
The Office Administrator/GM/Owner/Team Leader will then record the hazard on the Hazard Register tab of the Accident, Hazard & First Aid Register base in Airtable and take any required action possible.
