Move any work-related files found in these folders to the staff members Working files folder in their OneDrive.
Load any client files into the applicable SharePoint folder for that client.

In the bottom right-hand corner of your taskbar, locate the blue cloud icon
2. Right-click on the icon and select Settings from the list of options that appear:
3. From the new window that opens, select the Account tab
4. Select Unlink this PC
5. When asked Unlink account from this PC? - select Unlink account
6. Close the final window
Make sure that cloud accounts are unlinked and no longer syncing before deleting files and folders from the laptop/computer otherwise, the online copies will also be deleted.
Delete 'Working files' folder in the file explorer
Open your file explorer and locate the Working files folder
2. Right-click on the folder and select Delete from the menu options that appear
Open the file explorer and locate any copies of SharePoint files and/or folders
Right-click on the files and/or folders and select Delete from the menu options that appear
Delete any remaining downloads
Empty the recycling bin
Ensure the laptop is plugged in to charge
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery
3. Select Get started under the Reset this PC section
4. From the new window that opens, select Remove everything
5. Next under How would you like to reinstall Windows? select Local reinstall
6. Then for Additional settings select Next
7. Now on Ready to reset this PC select Reset
The PC will now begin resetting itself. This can take anything from minutes to hours so please be patient and whatever you do, DO NOT power off the laptop, unplug the laptop or interrupt the laptop in any way even if it appears to be stuck and not making any progress. Progress will be shown by a percentage figure shown on the screen.
Windows will also be reinstalled during the reset process.
