As a Strictly Savvy Team Leader, there are several key expectations, responsibilities and golden rules:
Review team’s Harvest for accuracy and completeness.
Hold monthly 1:1 coaching sessions with each of your team members including reviewing their skills against the skills matrix.
Invite the MD and CFO to six monthly coaching sessions.
Hold a weekly team meeting with your team members.
Monitor the overflow channel and encourage delegating within the wider Savvy team.
Role model and encourage delegating of tasks to our Global team members.
Encourage the use of the Intranet and inform the Office Administrator of any gaps.
Manage leave requests to ensure enough cover for clients always.
Catch team members living the Savvy values.
Praise team members in the Savvy Stars Teamwork channel.
Retrain or correct any team members when a need is identified.
Inform the General Manager, Managing Director or CFO of any client or team issues.
Speak up and provide business improvement ideas and suggestions to the General Manager, Managing Director or CFO.
