Creative content: This is where all content ideas for the creative side of the business are held. Areas are tagged by content type (blog post, reel, Instagram graphic, etc.) and can be assigned to whoever is going to create the content.
For example, if you had a new reel idea, you would click the plus symbol on the bottom left of the creative tab of the marketing airtable, and enter the idea in the first column. In the next column, you would select the content type, followed by any notes in the next column, the assignee in the next column, the status of the project next, and finally a link to the finished content in the last column.
VA content: As above, but for content relating to the virtual assistant side of the business.
Blogs: This is where we keep track of all blog ideas, draft posts, proofed posts and published posts. Topic ideas are entered in the first column, a link to the draft article in the next column (kept in Sharepoint > Marketing > Blog), the review status of the article in the next column, whether it’s ready to post on the website in the next column, and any notes in the next column. The final two columns are updated when a blog goes live, first with it’s status as ‘posted’, and finally with a link to the published post.
When you have draft blogs ready for review, ensure that the link to the draft is in the second column, and the review status is set to ‘ready for review’ in the third column. Then let Teesha know that there are blogs in airtable ready to be reviewed.
Get Savvy Podcast: This is where we keep track of all draft podcast outlines, and recorded podcasts, showing what stage of the editing and posting process they’re currently at.
When coming up with new podcast ideas, put the topic in the first column, the draft outline in the third column and link to the blog post on our website (if relevant) in the fourth column.
When a podcast is recorded, Teesha or Jo will tick that it has been recorded, add the episode number and the recording date. Once it has gone live, add the posting date, and set the status to ‘Posted’
Newsletter: In this tab we keep track of all the content included in our monthly newsletter. After each newsletter is sent out, a new line can be added, and the columns populated with what content was included in the newsletter.
Podcast Features: This tab shows a list of podcasts that may be relevant for us to guest-host on, if we ever decide to do so.
Leadership team LinkedIn Posts: This tab is a place to store ideas for posts on the Leadership team’s LinkedIn pages. If you are ever stuck of ideas for posts, you can refer to this (or add ideas as they come to you)
