Check with others to see if their internet has stopped as well.
If No - click on the wifi icon on the bottom right of your taskbar and ensure you are connected to our internet. If you are connected and it's not working, try forgetting the network. If this still doesn't work restart your computer.
If Yes - DO NOT unplug the router in Jo's office. Please contact the Office Administrator or email Zylex support if she is away. Take the downtime to action paperwork, continue working on client files offline, tidy your desk etc... until the internet issue is resolved.
IMPORTANT: All requests must be through the support@zylex.com only and actioned/approved by the Office Administrator, the General Manager or Jo. Note that Warren from Zylex (owner) is very strict on us not texting or calling him unless it is an emergency eg no phones or internet working for a prolonged period and no response from the email.
