We use Adobe to view PDF's, edit PDF's or convert them to Word. Depending on what your clients' needs are will depend on which version Adobe you have. Most people will have Adobe Reader. This allows you to view PDF's, convert them to Word but you will not be able to split or edit them.
If you need to use the Pro version for only one task, you can download the trial version here.
If you find you need to upgrade your Adobe please speak to the General Manager or the Office Administrator. If you don't have any version of Adobe, download the free reader here.

If people are familiar with Adobe they can go into the Comments and see all changes made to the PDF
To delete all Comments you must first be in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Select Tools > Redact (found under "Protect & Standardize" heading) > Remove Hidden Information > Remove > OK
